Do pillow covers include an insert?
No. PaintedPortfolio decorative pillow covers are sold without inserts, giving you the flexibility to create the look and feel you prefer.
Choose a soft, squishy insert for relaxed styling or something firmer for a more structured look, and select the filling you prefer—polyester, feather or down. You can also reuse an insert you already own.
How are pillow cover sizes measured?
Cushion sizes refer to the dimensions of the cover when laid flat and may vary by approximately ±0.5" due to the manufacturing process. Please check the size options shown in each listing and measure an existing cushion if you're unsure which size will work best in your space.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
I take care to represent each design as accurately as possible, but colors can vary slightly between screens and may also appear a little different when printed on different fabrics. Lifestyle images are styling mockups to help you visualize the design in a room; please see the fabric and detail images for a closer look at the product finish.
Are PaintedPortfolio pillow covers made to order?
Yes. PaintedPortfolio products are made especially for you after your order is placed, rather than being held as ready-made stock. This helps reduce unnecessary inventory and allows me to offer a wider choice of designs, sizes and fabrics.
What if my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Please contact me as soon as possible and include photos showing the problem. Although I don’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, I want you to receive the product you ordered. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please get in touch and I’ll work with you to make it right.
